As with anything else that is seen, purchased, offered, or otherwise found online, whether or not the products offered are safe depends on a number of factors. A good way to ascertain whether or not the site, and subsequently, the merchandise can be considered so is by asking a number of questions (whether to oneself or to the site “owner”.)
The very appearance itself of the site might offer the answer to the question “does the site offer information, or is its sole purpose to sell anabolic steroids?” A site that allows one to click on various related topics for a more in-depth description will most likely be a better choice than one that basically says, “Here’s what we sell, here’s how much it costs, here’s the order form.”
